This is the next step in creating orient constraints. You will now add set driven keys that control if you want the head and neck to follow the orientation of the spine UP, or if you want them to follow the world UP.
Starting with the head Orientation first.
You will select the configN_1 and load
it as the Driver. Then select the
headJCon_1_orientConstraint1
and load it as the Driven.
It should appear like the pic on the right.
Then configN_1 will have the headOri attribute selected. And the Driven should have the two Orient fields selected.
Make sure that in the channel box the configN_1 has the headOri attribute set at 0.
Then go to the orientConstraint channel box and set the two fields as shown at the right.
The Head Orient Grp N_1 will be set at 1
and the Head JOri_1 will be set at 0
Key this attribute in the Set Driven Key
(but don't close the box yet)

This means when you set the configN_1 attribute to 0, the head will follow the world UP orient.
Now set the HeadOri in the channel box to 1.
Then go back to the orientConstraint settings.
The Head Orient Grp N_1 will be set at 0
and the Head JOri_1 will be set at 1.

Key this attribute in the SDK.

This means when you now set the configN_1 HeadOri to 1, the head will follow the end of the neck as the UP vector.
You need to repeat this process for the neck.
Keep the configN_1 as the Driver, and make the
neckJCon_1_orientConstraint1 as the Driven.
Once again setting the ConfigN_1 neckOri attribute to 0.
You will then go to the attributes for the orient constraint.
The Neck Orient Grp N_1 will be set at 1
and the Neck JOri_1 will be set at 0
Key this attribute in the Set Driven Key

This means when you set the configN_1 attribute to 0, the neck will follow the world UP orient.
Then set the ConfigN_1 neckOri attribute to 1.
You will then go to the attributes for the orient constraint.
The Neck Orient Grp N_1 will be set at 0
and the Neck JOri_1 will be set at 1
Key this attribute in the Set Driven Key

This means when you set the configN_1 attribute to 1, the neck will follow the spine end as the UP vector.
